Tehran is willing to reinitiate nuclear talks with the United States provided that it is treated with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

The Iranian diplomat declared exclusively dialogue was effective, and revealed recent overtures had been made by go-betweens to reopen discussions with the Trump administration. He said Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Iran was not yet able to allow the global atomic watchdog to visit struck enrichment centers for security reasons.

Navigating a Challenging Route

Araghchi is treading a difficult route since Iran aims to avoid appear to be proceeding from a situation of vulnerability, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had come out stronger militarily and emotionally from the joint assault on its enrichment centers in June.

Iran's diplomats stated they felt they had reached a "perfect agreement" to the enrichment issue in earlier negotiations, when it was settled an domestic cooperative with Washington's engagement could refine atomic fuel. Each party would have been able to declare success since domestic enrichment would have persisted and the US could be assured that Iran's nuclear programme was solely for peaceful purposes.

The Iran's state department has been criticized of non-responsiveness in the aftermath of Washington's unmediated tactics, but Tehran asserts dialogue is not part of a spectacle.

Negotiating Standpoint

In his speech to the forum, intended to depict the US as a controlling nation that abuses the idea of international law, the foreign minister declared the 12-day war demonstrated the dispute could not be ended by combat operations. He said the strikes commenced with a US demand for an total Iran submission and ended with an absolute demand for a halt to hostilities.
